What is the David Kolb Reflective Cycle?
Kolb’s reflective model is referred to as “experiential learning”. It was developed by the American psychologist David Kolb, together with Roger Fry the Experiential Learning Model (ELM) for effective learning in the 1970s. The Kolb Reflective Cycle is also known as the Experiential Learning Cycle. This model highlights the importance of the reflection component in the learning cycle.
