What is The CIGAR Coaching Model?

The CIGAR Coaching Model was developed by Suzy Green and Anthony Grant in 2003. It is similar to the GROW coaching model. The CIGAR is an acronym that stands for Current Reality, Ideal Reality, Gaps, Action, and Review.
