SlideSalad Most Frequently Asked Questions

Buying Templates

How Do I Purchase A Template?

Add to Shopping Cart or Buy Now

If you just want to buy only one template, simply choose the ‘Buy Now’ option on the item page. This will take you directly to Checkout page.

If you want to by several templates, use the ‘Add to Cart’ button and then choose ‘Continue Shopping’ or ‘Checkout’ to finalize your purchase order. You can go back to your cart at any time by clicking on the shopping cart icon at the top right side of the page, you can update your Cart, delete templates or add new ones.

At the ‘Cart‘ page, you will see ‘Coupon Input‘, apply the coupon code if you already have it. Then Click on “Checkout” button.

At Checkout, You will be asked to enter your billing address and account information before completing your purchase order:

  • If you already have a SlideSalad account, simply sign in to pre-fill your account information.
  • If you don’t have a SlideSalad, follow the steps to sign up.

Hint: You’ll be sent a confirmation email to verify your account so make sure you check your email.

Please take a moment to review your order before finalizing your purchase.

Paying by PayPal

Complete your purchase order by using PayPal, click on ‘Proceed to PayPal‘. You will be directed to a secure PayPal page to make your payment through your PayPal account (or with a credit or debit card through PayPal’s Guest Checkout option) and then returned to SlideSalad to finalize your order.

Note:

  • PayPal accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express
  • Your card details are never transmitted to or stored on SlideSalad servers
  • Payments are made in U.S. Dollars

Downloading Your Templates:

Once your purchase order is completed. You will be able to download your templates immediately via your ‘Downloads‘ page. We’ll also send a download link to your email.

Hover the mouse over ‘My Account‘ at the top of the screen and click ‘Downloads’ from the drop down menu. The downloads section displays a list of all the templates purchased using your account. Click the ‘Download’ button next to the template.

Downloading Theme Colors & Icon Set Libraries:

Links to download the ‘Theme Colors” and ‘Icon Set‘ Libraries will be sent to your Email

How Do I Change My Billing Details?

  • Log into your SlideSalad account.
  • Hover the mouse over your ‘My Account‘ at the top of the screen.
  • Click ‘Address’ from the drop down menu.
  • In the ‘Address’ section you will see your billing details you have entered previously Click the ‘Edit‘ button and enter your new billing details
  • Click “Save Address“.
  • Please note: fields with * are required.
  • Your new billing details has been saved and will be used for future purchases
  • You can also update your billing details in ‘Checkout‘ page once you make any order

  • The ‘Orders’ section shows a list of all the orders have done using your account. Click the ‘View‘ button next to each order for more details.

How to submit a ticket

How to submit a ticket:

  • Click ‘My Support Tickets‘ from the drop down menu
  • Click’ New Ticket‘ or reply to the already opened tickets.

How to submit a ticket about an order:

  • Log into your SlideSalad account.
  • Hover the mouse over your ‘My Account‘ at the top of the screen.
  • Click ‘Orders’ from the drop down menu.
  • The ‘Orders’ section shows a list of all the orders have done using your account. Click the ‘View‘ button next to each order for more details.
  • Submit ‘New Ticket‘ related to that order.

Can I Get A Refund?

  • Enter your Email address
  • Enter your password
  • You’ll be sent a confirmation email to verify your account so make sure you check your email

Please note:

  •  If you do not receive a confirmation email please ensure that you have checked your spam/junk folders and added [email protected] to your address book or whitelist.

How Do I Change My Password?

  • Hover the mouse over your ‘My Account‘ at the top of the screen.
  • Click ‘Account Details’ from the drop down menu.
  • Enter your current password
  • Enter your new desired password
  • Click ‘Save Changes’ to confirm changes

How Do I Change My Email Address?

  • Hover the mouse over your ‘My Account‘ at the top of the screen.
  • Click ‘Account Details’ from the drop down menu.
  • Enter your current password
  • Enter your new email address
  • Click ‘Save Changes’ to confirm changes

I can't remember my password

  • Click ‘Sign In’ from the top menu.
  • Click ‘Lost Your Password
  • Enter your SlideSalad account email address registered to your account.
  • Click ‘Reset Password‘ to reset your password.
  • Link will be sent to your Email to change your password.

Please note:

  •  If you do not receive the password reset/username email please ensure that you have checked your spam/junk folders and added [email protected] to your address book or whitelist.
  • If you are still unable to change your password. Please contact support team.

Can't Create an Account

If you have not received a confirmation email please check:

  • You’ve entered the correct email address (correct spelling)
  • The email is not in your spam/ junk folders
  • Your domain is not filtering or blocking the email
  • You do not have email forwarding setup
  • You have added [email protected] to your address book or whitelist

If you have checked all of the above and are still unable to sign up or have not received the verification email please submit a request to our Help Team.

How Do I Close My Account?

To close your SlideSalad account please send a request to the SlideSalad Help Team.

Please Note: You must send a request from the email address that is associated with your SlideSalad account.

How long and how often can I download my templates?

The templates are accessible in your customer account for 12 months after your purchase. Within these 12 months you can download your template as often as you like. Your license right for your purchased template is unlimited. After 12 months the access to your product downloads in your customer account will have expired.

Problems Downloading A Template

If you have problems downloading your template, please submit a ticket to SlideSalad Help Team with the following information:

  • Name of the template (include the link from your browser).
  • A brief description of the problem e.g. download stops half way through, error message etc

  • Hover the mouse over your ‘My Account‘ at the top of the screen
  • Click ‘My Support Tickets‘ from the drop down menu
  • Click’ New Ticket‘ or reply to the already opened tickets.

Can I give away unused downloads?

Downloads are not transferable to another account. They are subject to our licenses restrictions.

Licenses overview

What types of licenses does SlideSalad offer?

SlideSalad offers two types of licenses: Standard and Extended. Every file downloaded from SlideSalad comes with a Standard License. An Extended License gives you additional rights in exchange for an additional license fee. Unless you purchase an Extended License, your use of content is subject to the Standard License terms.

What license do I need?

What are the main differences between the Standard License and the Extended License?

In simple terms, the main difference is that under the Standard License, your end product is distributed for free, whereas under the Extended License your end product may be sold.

If you’re a freelancer, you are allowed to create an end product for a client using the Standard License and charge them for your services.
